　　科研成果：

　　1、构建了我国白杨派优良乡土树种毛白杨高密度、高析度遗传连锁图谱，并对树高、地径、材积、木材纤维素和木质素含量等重要经济性状进行了QTLs分析。研究结果为开展这些性状的分子标记辅助选择和功能基因组研究提供了科学理论依据。

　　2、组合利用分子生物学和生物信息学技术从我国主要乡土树种如毛白杨、小叶杨和油松中分离出与木材形成和抗逆相关的多个结构和转录因子基因，对部分基因进行了基因表达分析和功能鉴定，为杨树及其它林木的材性和抗逆性状的分子育种和基因辅助育种奠定了重要的功能基因平台。

　　3、在重要用材树种杨树、桉树和松树中大规模开展了木材形成相关基因的克隆、单核苷酸多态性（SNPs）分析和连锁不平衡作图，并成功地检测到了与木材微纤丝角和纸浆含量显著连锁的SNP等位位点，系统解析了SNP位点的加性、显性与上位性遗传效应，为林木基因辅助育种提供了理论与技术基础。
