1、水稻覆膜旱作的生产、生态和环境效应研究,共发表SCI论文25篇。系统评价了水稻覆膜栽培的水分和养分利用效率及温室气体排放效率,结果表明,与常规淹水栽培体系相比,水稻覆膜旱作显著提高产量10-15%(Lin et al., 2003; Tao et al., 2006; Qu et al., 2012; Liu et al., 2013/2014; Tao et al., 2014)、显著降低温室气体排放(Dittert et al., 2003; Kreye et al., 2007; Yao et al., 2014)、显著提高灌溉水利用效率3-5倍(Liu et al., 2013; Tao et al., 2015)。2、验证了“水稻覆膜旱作一次性基施氮肥可能造成前期生长过旺,后期缺氮,进而影响水稻覆膜进一步增产潜力的发挥”的基本假设(Qu et al., 2012),提出了施用缓释肥或有机无机肥配施解决这一问题的技术途径(Tao et al., 2014, 2015)。揭示了区域尺度农户水平水稻覆膜旱作增产和土壤有机碳氮储量增加的机理(Liu et al., 2013; Liu et al., 2015),指出了东北寒地稻作区、中部山区和西南低纬度高海拔高寒稻作区,是水稻覆膜旱作技术的适用区域(Liu et al., 2013; Liu et al., 2014; Tao et al., 2015)。
2、放牧强度和资源有效性与半干旱草原生产力和物种多样性,共发表SCI论文30多篇。系统评价了放牧强度和水氮交互作用对内蒙古典型草原生产力和物种多样性的影响,指出过度放牧导致内蒙古草原氮素输出显著高于输入(Giesse et al., 2013),施用少量氮肥可显著提高湿润年份净初级生产力(Brueck et al., 2010; Gao et al., 201x; Chen et al., 2012)和降水水分利用效率;稳态和非稳态资源条件下,内蒙古典型草原净初级生产力和植物种群组成,对于氮素投入的响应机制存在极大的差异(Chen et al., 2012; Gong et al., 2012; Gong et al., 2015)。过度放牧将导致土壤微生物多度和数量下降,施用少量氮肥并不会对土壤微生物活性产生显著负面影响(Ruan et al., 2012),但可能会增加生态系统净呼吸(Chen et al.)。
3、设施蔬菜养分管理与高效施肥技术,已发表SCI论文2篇,参与出版专著1本。综合评价了设施蔬菜重点生产区山东省寿光市养分和水分平衡,明确提出大水漫灌是导致设施蔬菜生产过程中氮肥施用量超过作物需要量5-7倍、硝酸盐淋失量和土壤残留量严重和农药大量施用的根本原因。上述研究成果,在Agriculture Water Management发表SCI论文二篇 (Sun et al., 2012; Fan et al., 2014),并出版专著1本。据此获得科技部2015-2019支撑计划项目的资助。
