近年研究方向:

　　主要涉及从微生物基因组学、转录组学数据研究基因表达调控网络、工业微生物菌株的系统代谢工程、微生物宿主的遗传转化新技术、植物促生抗逆微生物的作用机制和应用研究、生物催化新基因的挖掘和功能研究等多学科的交叉领域。曾负责国家自然科学基金《新型立体选择性环碳酸酯水解酶的筛选及催化性能研究》（2008-2010），上海市自然科学基金《宏基因组挖掘法构建工业催化用腈水解酶库的基础研究》（2007-2009），塔里木大学重点开放课题《胡杨根际相关微生物中的植物促生抗逆菌》（2012-2014），国家生化工程技术研究中心重点项目和生物反应器工程国家重点实验室开放课题《黑曲霉全基因组网络模型的升级和在生物过程工程中的应用》（2015-2017）等。
