　　1、主要研究方向：食品分子营养及食品核酸营养代谢。包括食品特别是水产品中活性物质的制备纯化，结构鉴定，营养评价，肿瘤防治，核酸生物化学，食用核酸的营养代谢等。

　　教学情况

　　曾主讲生物工程及食品科学与工程本科生课程：基因工程、食品生物技术实验；现主讲基因工程实验、海洋活性物质分离技术实验。现指导硕士研究生1名，指导国家大学生创新性实验计划1项，本科生研究发展计划（SRDP）课题1项。担任生物工程2010级班主任，并于2012年获得食品科学与工程学院优秀班主任。2012年获得中国海洋大学优秀教师。
